AiM web site has moved

Dear AiM Community member,

I have moved the AiM website to a different server here at the University of York. However you should not notice too much of a difference. The url http://aiminfo.net and http://maths.york.ac.uk/aiminfo will continue to work and redirect to the new site.

We are still using AiM at the Department of Mathematics here in York and many of you out there are using it too. This software may not have received any updates for a while but it is still working well. Luckily also the STACK project is progressing well and is under active development. In the long run it will provide an alternative to AiM. It is worth checking out.

The URL is now maths.york.ac.uk/aiminfo

Currently the URL aiminfo.net forwards to the maths.york.ac.uk/aiminfo website with information and discussions about AiM. The aiminfo.net domain registration expires in 5 days and I am inclined not to renew it and only use the URL maths.york.ac.uk/aiminfo. Let me know if you think we need to keep the aiminfo.net domain name.

AiM still works and we are still using it for some courses at York. There has been no further development of the software for a while. The information on this maths.york.ac.uk/aiminfo website is thus still up-to-date and we will remain available.
