The Postgraduate Group Theory Conference (PGTC) will this year be hosted at the University of York. This is a fantastic networking opportunity for PhD students and others with an interest in group theory and related areas to give a short presentation about their research to a friendly and interested audience.  The PGTC 2012 will take place between 9th and 12th of July 2012, and will include invited speakers Professor Robert Wilson from Queen Mary, University of London and Dr. David Craven from Birmingham University. This meeting is supported by an LMS Postgraduate Research Conference Scheme 8 grant.
