Mathematics to reduce animal testing


A York-based team, in collaboration with industrial partners, has secured 2.75 years of research funding from NC3Rs (National Centre for the Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research) to investigate how mathematics can be used to reduce our reliance on animal testing in evaluating the toxicological safety of new chemicals.

Bone damage at the molecular scale
